Elizabeth Woody (Navajo/Warm Springs/Wasco/Yakama) has published poetry, short fiction, essays, and is a visual artist. Her first collection of poetry, Hand Into Stone received a 1990 American Book Award. Luminaries of the Humble (UAPress) and Seven Hands, Seven Hearts, Prose and Poetry (The Eighth Mountain Press) reached print in 1994. Ms. Woody is the founding secretary of the board of the National Native American Arts and Cultures Fund, founding board member of Soapstone, a writing retreat for women, and presently serves on the Native Program advisory council of Willamette University. The Coordinator



Brian U. Garrison graduated from Rainier High School in 2003. He serves as Secretary in the Science Fiction and Fantasy Poetry Association, but he sometimes writes mainstream poetry too. He helped run the magazine Parody Poetry for several years before The Haikooligan mysteriously disappeared.
